During installations their engineers provide customers with a tablet device to watch a video that explains how their new meters work. These videos weren’t engaging, didn’t include enough information and generally left customers unsatisfied. They came to us for a better solution.

We developed a native Android app that was installed on hundreds of EDFE Android tablet devices. EDFE engineers were provided with these tablets to hand over to the customer during the installation process. The app included an interactive Smart Meter guide, along with hints and tips on how to save money and become more energy efficient in your home.
