Redefining the agency’s digital presence with an interactive, GSAP-powered Webflow build.
As IMA prepared to launch a new brand and proposition, the agency needed a bold, interactive website to match its new direction. With a tight six-week timeline and a constantly evolving brand, I was tasked with designing and developing a fully responsive, motion-driven site in Webflow, from concept to launch.
The challenge
The project was fast-paced and fluid. The new brand was being developed in parallel, which meant creative direction, colour, and tone were shifting almost daily. The goal was clear: deliver a high-impact, interactive website in time for the internal brand launch event. Balancing a moving brand identity with a fixed deadline required adaptability, decisiveness, and constant collaboration with cross-functional teams across design, strategy, and leadership.

Approach
Working solo across both design and development, I built the site using the Lumos framework - a structure I’d refined across several previous projects to enable scalability and consistent naming conventions.
To bring the new brand to life, I explored a range of GSAP-powered animations, including scroll-triggered transitions, hover interactions, page loaders, and kinetic text reveals. These motion elements added personality and energy without compromising performance or accessibility. AI played a key role throughout the process, I leveraged it to refine animation logic and troubleshoot advanced GSAP sequences, allowing me to push creative boundaries within the timeframe.

Outcome
The result was a highly interactive, future-ready website that showcased IMA’s new brand through movement and rhythm. Despite the evolving direction and compressed schedule, the build launched on time for the internal event, marking a significant milestone in the agency’s rebrand. The project also helped prove the value of Webflow within IMA, demonstrating how it could be used to deliver complex, design-led websites efficiently, paving the way for future Webflow adoption across smaller clients and internal initiatives.
